Have you ever started a conversation with someone that went downhill quickly and you didn’t know why it happened or how to get it back on track? What about dealing with an angry client who cannot seem to be satisfied? Or how about that coworker that keeps saying “It’s fine” when we know it’s NOT!
During this interactive session, we will introduce a human behavior theory that can be used to establish better outcomes from challenging conversations. You will learn:
- What emotional ego states you will encounter in discussions,
- How to identify the ego states in yourself and the other party,
- How to neutralize conflict and confrontation during the conversation,
Implementing what you learn during our session will lead to more productive, less emotional conversations in the workplace and beyond.
