 Great project planning, design, and construction is quickly forgotten if the move-in and occupancy phase is poorly handled. This is particularly true for large, complex projects like the new 965,000 SF Level 1 Trauma Center Tower project at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center. Leaders of that project will discuss activation and move management processes, lessons learned, and strategies for both successful completion AND developing a trusting, cohesive relationship with end users during the move.
